Violent Jesus

Image
In this age of violence, I notice many trying to justify or excuse violence by using a single event in scripture to support their narrative of a violent non-pacifist Jesus. I shake my head because it’s the same problem I see day in and day out when it comes to scriptures. People do not use exegesis, they rely on eisegesis. This is a major, major no-no when it comes to scripture.   A brief explanation of the 2 terms may be in order for those who don’t know what this means: exegesis is the process of drawing out the meaning from a text in accordance with the context and discoverable meaning of its author, eisegesis occurs when a reader imposes his or her interpretation into and onto the text. In a nut shell, exegesis is studying scripture to find out what IT says, eisegesis is studying scripture to make it tell what YOU say. So instead of “reading” the text, you are “reading into” the text. All this does it provide confirmation bias, which is:   the tende...

American Christians™ and their Nordic false god breed violence and decay.

Image
The American Christians™ who promote and justify violence and hate, and then feign being shocked and appalled when children act out violently and cast aversion and blame on everyone else, are so devious to me. Their disreputable character once again has been revealed. Where do you think the world truly learns their violence from? What message do you think truly raises up a society that feels violence is how to deal with issues of contention. American Christians™, you are so eager blame satan? You say they were born with a blood lust? You are so quick to look outward, especially at those you hold bigoted views of. Well, American Christians™, you are gravely mistaken. They have learned their reliance on, and need for violence from you!!! Your American Church™, you and your American Christian™ teachings of violence, your worship of a nordic false god who salivates at the chance to steal, kill, and destroy. The evil false god that commits genocide. The American Christian™ god th...

A very seductive liar

Image
It's funny, when crazy things happen American Christians™ act like the past was all rosy, sunshine, lollipops, & rainbows. Well I'm here to tell ya, no, no, it wasn't.   There was more violence in the past, the type of violence you will most likely never have to deal with, even as crazy as things look now, there just wasn't social media to spread it around the world in an instant, and there wasn't a politics driven media trying to manipulate your emotions and feelings to cause   an "us against them" mentality.   Grow up and learn history, your vacuous memories are as false as your many Christian beliefs are.

Your time is up!

I've noticed that many of the money-loving millionaire preachers in large ministries have become just like the politicians they now support. Yes I'm talking to the   Lance Wallnau 's and his TBN ilk, the   Paula White 's, the  Franklin Graham 's, the Piper's, the   John Hagee Ministries , and more. They jump on the band wagon of a certain type of person, usually the lowest denominator, and they convince them to climb into dark pits of hate, anger, violence, racism, and deception. Way to try to stay relevant selling out the gospel to keep bringing in your ill gotten gains that you manipulate these ignorant people to give with your twisting of scripture. Your greed and selfishness obviously knows no bounds. You are false teachers peddling an anti-Christ message. You all, as a whole, are of your father the devil. Shame on you all, just shame on you. Your time will be coming to an end, there is a movement of Christians that actually do know Jesus, tha...

Alleviate Global Poverty? Really? Is it possible?

Image
America will never spend what it spends on war on peace, so please stop spreading the myth that this is a Christian Nation, it insults Jesus. What America has spent in the last 15 years on war would alleviate global poverty for good. Imagine a world with no homeless, no starving adults or children. It is so very attainable, but unfortunately there is no profit in peace, there is only profit in war. If you want a difference in this world, then stop supporting war and start com ing together for peace, there is enough wealth in the world for no one to ever go hungry, there is a surplus. It is actually so easy to end global poverty that the elite have convinced people the dream is too good to be true. Do your own research, look up what it would take, I'm tired of doing all the work, look it up and see what could be done with the 1.6 trillion that was spent on the Iraq/Afghanistan/war on terror alone. Kill poverty, give people hope for a future, hope to find love, a home...

The problem with violence in America.

Image
We have a culture that is brought up on vengeance, eye for an eye, kill em all, blow them to hell, where people fight over neighborhoods, states they live in, sports teams, favorite drinks, etc. Where people support going to war and occupying a country that was innocent, where people support another country building a wall around another group and trying to commit genocide, where people celebrate a sniper that killed people that were only defending their country from an occup ying force, a culture raised on exceptionalism, self centeredness, self absorption, and celebration of self, a culture that is unwilling to help the least, that cuts funding for programs that assist the poor, a culture that closes it's borders to needy immigrants fleeing danger, and you wonder why there is a problem with violence in this country? And by the way I was just talking about and describing American Christians™, I wasn't even talking about non Christians.

Soul eating belief systems must die.

The worst thing I have witnessed is when a person with a caring personality, a huge heart, with love that overflows, a hope of helping marginalized people, and an empathetic soul, gets involved in religious, fear mongering, versions of Christianity and sucked into the false end times narrative, rotten eschatology, and exclusionary beliefs of American Christendom™. I weep for them, together with Jesus. It hits me so hard because I was in those same shoes not long ago, and I am so thankful that Jesus woke me up one day telling me to drop absolutely everything I was taught, and what I thought as a Christian I was supposed to believe, and only study His Love. He set me free from that addiction and bondage to hate and exclusion through the experience of learning He is a God of Love, only Love. People try to slander me and spread the lie that I attack fundamentalists, let me set the record straight, once and for all! I don't attack them, I love them, I was them aft...
