One of the biggest lies in modern Christianity in the U.S. is this: That generations that were raised on Bronson, Eastwood, Stallone, Schwarzenegger, and Statham have it stuck in their minds that Jesus is an angry figure with his shirt torn off showing his chiseled chest, glistening with sweat, draped in red, white, and blue, riding on the barrel of a M1 tank, and holding an M60 with the ammo belt wrapped around his arm tearing His so called "enemies" apart. And of course in their mind His "enemies" are the people they don't agree with, politically, societally, spiritually, racially, sexually, or theologically.
